11. A bridge deal that results in the complete suit of clubs, hearts, diamonds or spades dealt to the performer.
12. A two phase blackjack demonstration is also built into the stack.
13. Two full deck story effects that don’t expose the main memorized order.
14. A third story effect that follows the path of the memorized deck that possibly aids in the further memory of the stack.
15. Executing a few perfect “out” faro shuffles results in several pairs, straight flushes, and fours of a kind that come together and may be used to demonstrate uncanny card control to an audience.
16. After a few perfect out faro shuffles the four Aces will locate multiple selected cards.
17. The two black Kings will find one to three selections after a series of perfect “out” faro shuffles.

But I have to say that what I’ve seen so far of the capabilities that this deck holds are incredible and fascinating

  3. Just simply asking, what puts this over the Si Stebbins stack? What features does the stack offer that Stebbins doesn’t?

    • Hi Jim,

Si Stebbins will work for most basic stacked deck magic though it has some limitations….

A memorized stack allows you to instantly know the position of any card in the pack by its numerical stack position without any calculations. Stebbins can not do this.

The main advantage of the Redford stack over other stacks is its transformation abilities to go quickly from one stack into many other kinds of stacks (stebbins, stay stack/mirror, any poker hand called for, a holdem’ stack, any card spelled to, new deck order, four of a kind stack, etc.). It’s the Swiss army knife of the card stack world.

The stack appears like a random order, Stebbins doesn’t as it has an obvious pattern of red and black cards as well as a numerical pattern that repeats every 13 cards.

I’ve also places a few cards in advantageous positions in the stack that enhance a few routines (E.G. The Ultra Mental Memorized Deck).
